"Back in June we had just switched our vehicle insurance to Steele Clayton- State Farm Insurance because of better pricing. Joseph and Luke were huge in getting us started and making sure we had all the coverage we asked for. A week into switching my wife had gotten into a collision just here in town. She of course had her old insurance papers and called Steele to see if he was able to text her the information for the proper authorities. It so happened that in this small town Steele was a a couple vehicles behind in where the accident had taken place. Talk about the right time at the right place. I was at work and wasn't able to get to her in time. Steele was able to get all the proper documentation, while at the same time showing great care and understanding towards her situation. I know Steele is a very busy man, but I am thankful that he was there to handle this situation and bring her home safely. Talk about above and beyond customer service. He even prayed for her before dropping her off at our home to make sure she was at peace. Later that week followed with calls back and forth to cover all the accident details. I can honestly tell you that this office has great customer service skills, communication, integrity and most importantly empathy. Our claim was settled within a week without any hassles. Steele, Luke, Caroline, Joseph and Jody all have been super amazing and I would highly recommend them for insurance if you are thinking about it."
